Jadon Sancho Reaches Agreement with Ligue 1 Giant After Leaving Man Utd?

Jadon Sancho is reportedly on the verge of a preliminary agreement with one of Europe’s top clubs.

Following issues with manager Erik ten Hag, Jadon Sancho has apparently reconciled with the Dutch coach after apologizing. Despite participating in the last two pre-season friendlies with Manchester United, Sancho might leave the club this summer, with top European clubs such as Borussia Dortmund, Juventus, PSG, and another Premier League team closely monitoring his situation.

It seems PSG is leading the race for the English player’s signature. According to Sports Zone, the French giants have reached a preliminary agreement with Sancho to join them at Parc des Princes.

Reports suggest PSG wants to sign Jadon Sancho to replace Kylian Mbappe, who joined Real Madrid on a free transfer earlier this summer. PSG is expected to receive approval from Manchester United if they meet the asking price of €60 million, significantly lower than the €85 million United paid for the former Dortmund star.

After more than two seasons at Old Trafford, Sancho did not make as significant an impact as he did at Dortmund. The 24-year-old struggled with form and had limited playing time under Ten Hag.

The situation worsened when Sancho publicly criticized the former Ajax coach, accusing him of using him as a scapegoat following a defeat to Arsenal last September. Following this incident, Sancho was isolated from the first team and was eventually sent back to Dortmund.

At Dortmund, Sancho flourished, helping the team achieve strong results in the Champions League and making it to the final, although they were narrowly defeated by a powerful Real Madrid side.

Currently, Jadon Sancho is participating in Manchester United‘s pre-season tour in the U.S. and will prepare for upcoming matches against Real Betis and Liverpool.
